The Book of Enoch. Chapter 41.

1 And after this, I saw all the secrets of Heaven, and how the Kingdom is divided, and how the deeds of men are weighed in the Balance.
(The Book of Enoch 61:8), (1 Samuel 2:3), (Job 6:1-3), (Job 31:4-6), (Daniel 5:22-28), (Revelation 19:7-8)

2 There I saw the Dwelling of the Chosen, and the Resting Places of the Holy; and my eyes saw there all the sinners who deny the name of the Lord of Spirits being driven from there. And they dragged them off, and they were not able to remain, because of the punishment that went out from the Lord of Spirits.
(Psalm 26:8), (Isaiah 32:18), (Isaiah 33:20)

3 And there my eyes saw the secrets of the flashes of lightning and of the thunder. And the secrets of the winds, how they are distributed in order to blow over the earth, and the secrets of the clouds, and of the dew; and there I saw from where they go out, in that place. And how, from there, the dust of the earth is saturated.
(Job 28:24-26), (Job 38:24-25), (Psalm 77:18), (Revelation 4:5), (Psalm 135:7), (Jeremiah 10:13), (Jeremiah 51:16)

4 And there I saw closed storehouses from which the winds are distributed, and the storehouse of the hail, and the storehouse of the mist, and the storehouse of the clouds; and its cloud remained over the earth, from the beginning of the world.
(Ecclesiastes 1:6), (Ben Sira 43:13-22)

5 And I saw the Chambers of the Sun and the Moon, where they go out, and where they return. And their glorious return; and how one is more honoured than the other is. And their magnificent course, and how they do not leave their course, neither adding nor subtracting from their course. And how they keep faith in one another, observing their oath.
(Psalm 104:19), (Job 9:7)

6 And the Sun goes out first, and completes its journey at the command of the Lord of Spirits – and his Name endures forever and ever.
(Psalm 19:1-5), (Ben Sira 43:1-5), (Ecclesiastes 1:5)

7 And after this is the hidden, and visible, path of the Moon, and it travels the course of its journey, in that place, by day and by night. One stands opposite the other, in front of the Lord of Spirits, and they give thanks, and sing praise, and do not rest, because their thanksgiving is like rest to them.
(Ben Sira 43:6-8), (Psalm 148:3)

8 For the shining Sun makes many revolutions; for a blessing and for a curse. And the path of the journey of the Moon is for the righteous light but for the sinners; darkness. In the Name of the Lord, who has created a division between light and darkness, and has divided the spirits of men, and has established the spirits of the righteous, in the name of His Righteousness.
(Psalm 72:1), (Isaiah 32:1, 17), (Isaiah 61:3), (Romans 1:17), (Romans 8:4), (James 3:18)

9 For no Angel hinders, and no power is able to hinder, because the judge sees them all, and judges them all Himself.

… and how the deeds of men are weighed in the Balance.

(The Book of Enoch 61:8) “And the Lord of Spirits set the Chosen One on the throne of his glory, and he will judge all the works of the Holy ones in Heaven above, and in the Balance he will weigh their deeds.”

(1 Samuel 2:3) “3 “Talk no more so very proudly; Let no arrogance come from your mouth, For the Lord is the God of knowledge; And by Him actions are weighed.”

(Job 6:1-3) “1 Then Job answered and said:
2 “Oh, that my grief were fully weighed, And my calamity laid with it on the scales!
3 For then it would be heavier than the sand of the sea— Therefore my words have been rash.”

(Job 31:4-6) “4 Does He not see my ways, And count all my steps?
5 “If I have walked with falsehood, Or if my foot has hastened to deceit,
6 Let me be weighed on honest scales, That God may know my integrity.”

(Daniel 5:22-28) “22 “But you his son, Belshazzar, have not humbled your heart, although you knew all this. 23 And you have lifted yourself up against the Lord of heaven. They have brought the vessels of His house before you, and you and your lords, your wives and your concubines, have drunk wine from them. And you have praised the gods of silver and gold, bronze and iron, wood and stone, which do not see or hear or know; and the God who holds your breath in His hand and owns all your ways, you have not glorified. 24 Then the fingers of the hand were sent from Him, and this writing was written.
25 “And this is the inscription that was written: MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.
26 This is the interpretation of each word. MENE: God has numbered your kingdom, and finished it; 27 TEKEL: You have been weighed in the balances, and found wanting; 28 PERES: Your kingdom has been divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.””

(Revelation 19:7-8) “7 Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” 8 And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.”

(Psalm 26:8) “8 Lord, I have loved the habitation of Your house, And the place where Your glory dwells.”

(Isaiah 32:18) “18 My people will dwell in a peaceful habitation, In secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places,”

(Isaiah 33:20) “20 Look upon Zion, the city of our appointed feasts; Your eyes will see Jerusalem, a quiet home, A tabernacle that will not be taken down; Not one of its stakes will ever be removed, Nor will any of its cords be broken.”

(Job 28:24-26) “24 For He looks to the ends of the earth, And sees under the whole heavens,
25 To establish a weight for the wind, And apportion the waters by measure.
26 When He made a law for the rain, And a path for the thunderbolt,”

(Job 38:24-25) “24 By what way is light diffused, Or the east wind scattered over the earth?
25 “Who has divided a channel for the overflowing water, Or a path for the thunderbolt,”

(Psalm 77:18) “18 The voice of Your thunder was in the whirlwind; The lightnings lit up the world; The earth trembled and shook.”

(Revelation 4:5) “5 And from the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire were burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.”

(Psalm 135:7) “7 He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; He makes lightning for the rain; He brings the wind out of His treasuries.”

(Jeremiah 10:13) “13 When He utters His voice, There is a multitude of waters in the heavens: “And He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain, He brings the wind out of His treasuries.””

(Jeremiah 51:16) “16 When He utters His voice— There is a multitude of waters in the heavens: “He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; He makes lightnings for the rain; He brings the wind out of His treasuries.””

(Ecclesiastes 1:6) “6 The wind goes toward the south, And turns around to the north; The wind whirls about continually, And comes again on its circuit.”

(Ben Sira 43:13-22) “13 By his command he sends the driving snow and speeds the lightnings of his judgment.
14 Therefore the storehouses are opened, and the clouds fly out like birds.
15 In his majesty he gives the clouds their strength, and the hailstones are broken in pieces.
16 when he appears, the mountains shake. At his will the south wind blows; so do the storm from the north and the whirlwind. He scatters the snow like birds flying down, and its descent is like locusts alighting.
17 The voice of his thunder rebukes the earth;
18 The eye is dazzled by the beauty of its whiteness, and the mind is amazed as it falls.
19 He pours frost over the earth like salt, and icicles form like pointed thorns.
20 The cold north wind blows, and ice freezes on the water; it settles on every pool of water, and the water puts it on like a breastplate. 21 He consumes the mountains and burns up the wilderness, and withers the tender grass like fire.
22 A mist quickly heals all things; the falling dew gives refreshment from the heat.”

(Psalm 104:19) “19 He appointed the moon for seasons; The sun knows its going down.”

(Job 9:7) “7 He commands the sun, and it does not rise; He seals off the stars;”

(Psalm 19:1-5) The Perfect Revelation of the Lord
“1 The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork.
2 Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge.
3 There is no speech nor language Where their voice is not heard.
4 Their line has gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world. In them He has set a tabernacle for the sun,
5 Which is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, And rejoices like a strong man to run its race.”

(Ben Sira 43:1-5) “1 The pride of the higher realms is the clear vault of the sky, as glorious to behold as the sight of the heavens. 2 The sun, when it appears, proclaims as it rises what a marvelous instrument it is, the work of the Most High. 3 At noon it parches the land, and who can withstand its burning heat?4 A man tending a furnace works in burning heat, but three times as hot is the sun scorching the mountains; it breathes out fiery vapors, and its bright rays blind the eyes. 5 Great is the Lord who made it; at his orders it hurries on its course.”

(Ecclesiastes 1:5) “5 The sun also rises, and the sun goes down, And hastens to the place where it arose.”

(Ben Sira 43:6-8) “6 It is the moon that marks the changing seasons, governing the times, their everlasting sign. 7 From the moon comes the sign for festal days, a light that wanes when it completes its course. 8 The new moon, as its name suggests, renews itself; how marvelous it is in this change, a beacon to the hosts on high, shining in the vault of the heavens!”

(Psalm 148:3) “3 Praise Him, sun and moon; Praise Him, all you stars of light!”

(Psalm 72:1) “72 Give the king Your judgments, O God, And Your righteousness to the king’s Son.”

(Isaiah 32:1, 17) A Reign of Righteousness
“32 Behold, a king will reign in righteousness, And princes will rule with justice.
17 The work of righteousness will be peace, And the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever.”

(Isaiah 61:3) “3 To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.””

(Romans 1:17) “17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.””

(Romans 8:4) “4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.”

(James 3:18) “18 Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.”
